1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any VentaNodes service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. Users under 18 require guardian consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use VentaNodes to:

Host illegal content or engage in criminal activity
Distribute malware, phishing, or spam
Attack, DDoS, or scan third-party networks
Host child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Violate any applicable Indian or international law
Infringe intellectual property rights

4. Payments & billing

All payments are processed via our billing portal. Services renew automatically unless cancelled. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via Discord.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

VentaNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
