1. How rewards work

Active customers earn rewards through purchases, referrals, and participation in our Discord community. Rewards may be applied as account credit toward future services.

2. Earning rewards

Purchases (percentage back as credit)
Referrals (credit when referee makes a first purchase)
Community events and giveaways

3. Redemption

Rewards are redeemable at checkout via our billing portal. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.

4. Expiration

Rewards expire 12 months from the date earned, unless otherwise stated.

5. Abuse

Fraudulent activity (fake accounts, referral manipulation) will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.

6. Program changes

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Existing earned rewards will be honored for 30 days after any discontinuation notice.
