Refunds may be requested within 72 hours of your first purchase, provided the service has not been extensively used.

2. Non-refundable cases

• Renewals (only initial purchases are eligible)
• Services used beyond 72 hours
• Custom setups and dedicated resources
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Domain registrations (non-refundable by registrar policy)

3. How to request a refund

1. Open a ticket in our Discord or email support
2. Provide your invoice number and reason
3. Our team reviews within 2 business days

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank/processor fees may apply.

5. Partial refunds

In some cases (e.g., partial service outage), we may offer credit or partial refunds at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
